dc.description.abstract | Raw data of Mössbauer spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and SQUID magnetometry of pattered Fe/Pd multilayer and FePd alloy. Two methods for structurization of the substrate surface were used and patterned substrates with different morphology and sizes were obtained. As a result, patterned controlled solid-state dewetting is found, an effect responsible for patterning dependent phase formation and magnetic behaviour. | |
