Information from the Controller - repository users


Pursuant to Article 13 (1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Official Journal of the EU L 119 of 4 May 2016, p. 1, as amended) (hereinafter: the GDPR), please be advised that:
  1. the controller of your personal data is the Henryk Niewodniczański Institute of Nuclear PhysicsPolish Academy of Sciences, ul. Radzikowskiego 152, 31−342 Kraków,
  2. the Personal Data Protection Officer can be contacted at: dpoifj.edu.pl
  3. your personal data will be processed on the following grounds:
    • Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR – in order to open an account in the repository of IFJ PAN and direct deposit of academic achievements,
  4. your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties,
  5. your personal data will be retained until you withdraw your consent,
  6. you have the following rights:
    • the right to access your data and the right to receive a copy of your data,
    • the right to rectification (correction) of your data,
    • the right to erasure of your personal data (does not apply to situations where data processing is necessary to fulfill the obligation arising from the law),
    • the right to restriction of processing,
    • the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal,
    • the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (to the address of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw),
  7. the provision of your personal data is necessary in order to open an account in the Repository.

Informacja Administratora - repozytorium


Zgodnie z art. 13 ust. 1 i ust. 2 rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (Dz. Urz. UE L 119 z 04.05.2016, str. 1, z późn. zm.) (dalej: RODO) informujemy, że:
  1. administratorem Pani/Pana danych osobowych jest Instytut Fizyki Jądrowej im. Henryka Niewodniczańskiego Polskiej Akademii Nauk, ul. Radzikowskiego 152, 31−342 Kraków,
  2. kontakt z Inspektorem Ochrony Danych Osobowych możliwy jest pod adresem dpoifj.edu.pl
  3. Pani/Pana dane osobowe przetwarzane będą na podstawie:
    • art. 6 ust. 1 lit a RODO - w celu założenia konta w repozytorium IFJ PAN i bezpośredniego deponowania swojego dorobku naukowego
  4. Pani/Pana dane osobowe nie będą udostępniane podmiotom trzecim,
  5. Pani/Pana dane osobowe przechowywane będą do czasu wycofania zgody,
  6. posiada Pani/Pan prawo do:
    • dostępu do swoich danych oraz otrzymania ich kopii,
    • do sprostowania (poprawienia) swoich danych,
    • do usunięcia swoich danych (nie dotyczy sytuacji, gdy przetwarzanie danych jest niezbędne do wywiązania się z obowiązku wynikającego z przepisu prawa),
    • do ograniczenia przetwarzania danych,
    • do cofnięcia zgody w dowolnym momencie bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej cofnięciem,
    • do wniesienia skargi do Prezes UODO (na adres Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00−193 Warszawa),
  7. podanie danych osobowych jest niezbędne w celu założenia konta w Repozytorium.
