Każdy folder zawiera dwa pliki. Plik tot.clog zawiera zapis zmierznego sygnału ToT w pojedynczych pikselach po dokonaniu klasteryzacji sygnału od pojedynczych cząstek. Kada linia rozpoczynająca się od "Frame" oznacza kolejną ramkę. Każda linia pomiędzy liniami oznaczającymi nową ramkę odpowiada jednemu klastrowi pikseli i składa się z nawiasów kwadratowych, z których każdy odpowiada pojedynczemu pikselowi, w którym zarejestrowano sygnał. Każdy nawias kwadratowy zawiera trzy wartości dla danego piksela: pozycję x piksela w matrycy, pozycję y piksela w matrycy oraz wartość ToT. Plik tot.clog.idx zawiera dodatkowe informacje o pomiarze i nie jest on niezbędny do dalszej analizy.
Each folder contains two files. The tot.clog file contains a record of the measured ToT signal in individual pixels after clustering the signal from individual particles. Each line starting with "Frame" stands for another frame. Each line between the new frame lines corresponds to one cluster of pixels and consists of square brackets, each of which corresponds to a single pixel where the signal was recorded. Each square bracket contains three values for a given pixel: the x position of the pixel in the matrix, the y position of the pixel in the matrix, and the ToT value. The tot.clog.idx file contains additional information about the measurement and is not necessary for further analysis.
